In advance
The renter makes a reservation exclusively online via the studio's website for the rental of the rehearsal studio, leaving behind her/his full name and address details, as well as telephone number and e-mail address, under which the contact person can be reached.
The studio confirms the rental period and the agreed rental price in the reservation system. The reservation is only final after our confirmation by e-mail. The studio is free to refuse anyone to use a practice studio and/or to enter both buildings.
ENThe renter must exclusively make a reservation online through the lessor's website for renting the practice studio, providing full name and address details, as well as telephone number and email address. The lessor confirms the rental period and the agreed rental price in the reservation system. The reservation is only final after our confirmation by email. The lessor reserves the right to refuse anyone the use of a practice studio and/or to enter both buildings.
Use of the practice studio
The rented space may only be used as a practice studio for music, unless otherwise permitted in writing by the studio.
Consuming drinks (with the exception of water) and food in the practice rooms is not permitted.
The renter is responsible for ensuring that the practice room is left tidy. It is possible that the standard equipment is not available in the rented rehearsal studio due to repairs or failure of the standard equipment. On that day, the renter will consult with a (representative of) the studio about resolving this temporary situation and in that case is entitled to (partial) settlement of the agreed rental price.
ENThe rented space may only be used as a practice studio for music unless otherwise permitted in writing by the lessor in advance. The consumption of beverages (except water) and food in the practice rooms is not allowed. The renter is responsible for leaving the practice room tidy. It is possible that the standard equipment is not present due to repair or failure. In that case, the renter will consult with a representative of the lessor on the same day, and is entitled to (partial) compensation of the agreed rental price.
Locker rental
If locker space is rented, this is entirely at the renter's risk. The renter must take care of the insurance of equipment stored in the locker. Renting locker space is not always possible.

Payment
Payment is made exclusively online via our reservation system via iDeal. Cash payment is not possible.
When paying online, the renter will receive the invoice immediately by e-mail.

Access, code locks and camera surveillance
Our general indoor and outdoor areas and studios are monitored 24/7 by cameras. By entering our general areas and studios you agree to camera surveillance. We use this to watch over your and our property.
The studios are equipped with code locks, which allows the renter to gain access to the studios themselves. The renter receives the personal access code via WhatsApp approximately 30 minutes before the first session.
The renter is responsible for turning off the lighting in the studios and properly closing the rehearsal studio when leaving early and when leaving at the end of the rental period.
The renter ensures that this code remains personal. In the event of misuse of this personal code assigned to you, the renter remains fully liable, including for misuse by her/his audience.
ENIn our general indoor and outdoor areas and studios, surveillance is maintained 24/7 through cameras. By entering, you agree to camera surveillance. The studios are equipped with code locks; the renter receives the personal access code via WhatsApp, approximately 30 minutes before the first session. The renter ensures that this code remains personal and remains fully liable in case of misuse, including misuse by their audience. The renter is responsible for turning off the lights and properly locking the studio when leaving.
Cancel and change
Cancellation and changes to the reservation can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the reservation.
You can cancel by email to anthony@note.studio stating your name and bank account number. You must then notify us of your absence by telephone on 0297 360 720.
If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start of the reservation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
ENCancellations and changes can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the reservation. Cancellation can be done by email to anthony@note.studio, mentioning your name and bank account number, followed by a phone call to 0297 360 720. If canceled less than 24 hours before the start, the full amount will be charged.
